BHD Printing Launches Same-Day Hot Foil Stamping Service

Muscat, Oman, 5 May 2026. BHD Printing & Designing today launched a same-day hot foil stamping service for customers in Muscat, cutting the turnaround on premium metallic finishes from the usual several days down to a single working day for orders confirmed before the daily cut-off.

What is new

Hot foil stamping presses a thin layer of metallic foil onto paper using a heated die, producing a mirror-finish metallic effect in gold, silver, copper, rose gold, holographic, or coloured foil. It is the finish of choice for luxury business cards, wedding and royal-court invitations, certificates, and premium gift packaging.

Historically the process added one to two days because foil dies needed to be produced and scheduled. BHD's new service reserves dedicated daily foil-press capacity, so customers with print-ready artwork or a reusable existing die can now receive finished foil work the same day when orders are confirmed before the morning cut-off, Sunday to Thursday.

What qualifies for same-day

• Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off, Sunday to Thursday.
• Print-ready artwork supplied, or a reusable die already on file from a previous order.
• Standard foil colours held in stock (gold, silver, copper, rose gold).

New custom dies and specialty foils still require lead time for tooling, but repeat customers with an existing die benefit immediately.
