Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every BHD Printing & Designing quotation, invoice and order. They are printed on the documents themselves.
- Payment
- Due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payment
- A 2% monthly charge applies to overdue balances.
- Delivery
- Timelines are subject to stock and material availability.
- Returns
- Printed goods are non-refundable once approved for production.
- Disputes
- Must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
These terms do not reduce your statutory rights under Oman’s Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree 66/2014). If a product reaches you defective, we will remedy it under article 25, by repair, replacement or refund of its value, at no additional cost to you.
