BHD Printing Completes Full ISO 9001:2015 QMS Documentation

Muscat, Oman, 12 May 2026. BHD Printing & Designing today announced that it has completed the full documentation package for its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), covering all seven management clauses of the international standard. The milestone strengthens the company's eligibility and scoring position in Omani government and enterprise tenders that require formal quality-management evidence.

What was completed

The completed QMS package includes:

• A controlled Quality Manual (reference BHD/QM/2026/001).
• A signed Quality Policy (reference BHD/QP/2026/001).
• Documented procedures across all seven management clauses: Organisational Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operations, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement.
• A Master Document Register controlling every quality record.
• Defined quality-control checkpoints at design, proofing, press, and finishing stages, with full job traceability.

Why it matters for Omani tenders

Many Omani government tenders ask for ISO 9001 evidence in the technical envelope, either as a knockout requirement or as a scoring criterion. A complete and current QMS lets BHD respond to these requirements with controlled documentation, sample QC checklists, defect-rate metrics, and a production-capacity statement, rather than a certificate alone.

Scope and exclusions

The QMS covers BHD's printing and graphic-design operations. In line with ISO 9001:2015 Clause 8.3, design-and-development control is addressed within the documented scope. The company maintains records and surveillance documentation available on request to qualified procurement teams.
